Payment

Payments are accepted via PayPal, credit card, cash or bank check. Our PayPal payment address is payments@dragonflycreations.net.

You will be sent an invoice from Dragonfly Graphics & Imaging that can be paid online.

You do NOT need to have a PayPal account in order to make a payment. PayPal does accept credit cards & debit cards without you having to be a PayPal account holder.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we begin on your project.

The remaining balance will be invoiced upon completion of the project.

Additional charges, if any, will be discussed and agreed upon before the final invoice is sent.

Additional charges (for stock images/graphics) will be applied if any pictures or illustrations are needed through stock sites such as iStock or Dreamstime. (We will not purchase any images until we have client approval).

Original image files will not be supplied to you on disk until the full balance has been paid.

Additional charges (for site builds) will be applied if the client needs additional work that is outside of the original quote or package specifications.

All clients have 14 days to make their final payment upon project completion. A $75.00 late fee will be applied for every week that the client is late after that time.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround Time For Graphic Design/ Web Design

Typically, client wait time is 3-4 weeks on web site builds & 1 week on small graphic design projects. We work with an average of 5-10 clients at a time and though we are able to work on several client projects at once, we do keep clients in order of first come – first serve. All projects are assessed by size and scope and deadlines are set according to project scale. If you are in a hurry and need something done immediately, we offer a special “Rush” pricing – you can read more about that below.

Turnaround Time For Photography

Band, portrait & corporate photos are typically color corrected, cropped and processed to disc in 14 days.
Wedding photos are typically color corrected, cropped and processed to disc in 21 days. Weddings do take longer due to the sheer volume of photos taken.

Rush Service

If you are in a rush and need a project completed right away, we offer special “rush rates” where we can promise that your project would be moved to the front of the line and done within a 3 day time frame. You would be charged an additional 50% on the total. So if the project is normally $100, with the rush fee, the project would total $150.

Design Process Communication

We will supply you with an online design questionnaire which will help us greatly identify your needs.

Please understand that we need to be able to reach you during the design process. The initial estimated completion date will be extended if it is difficult to contact you during this time. We ask that you please provide reliable and easily accessed modes of communication when providing your contact information. If we can’t get in touch with you with important information or questions, we will not be held responsible for not completing your project on the projected target date.

Depending on the type of project, we may ask you for files or content. If you are not quick to respond with requested materials, the project estimated time frame will be extended. Communication is key in any design project, and we simply ask that you make yourself easily available to us during the design process. Please respond within a 24 hour time frame.

We use email as our main means of communication. We like to use email correspondence as reference when we are able to begin working on a project. This helps us to keep things in order and to keep track of project details and answers to the many questions that we usually have for clients. If we have an answer to a question we asked you in an email, we can reference it at any time. We are very accessible by phone also.

We will provide you with an estimated price breakdown once we receive your completed questionnaire. You will still be required to fill out our design questionnaires even if we discuss the details of the project by phone.

What Your Graphic Design Package Will Include

We provide (high resolution) image files including .jpeg image files (white background) and .png image files (transparent background). We will supply these files in Web & Print formats on disc media (DVD or CD).

We will provide editable image files such as .psd or .eps for you to use in the future. If you find you need edits or changes to your graphics in the future, we would be happy to make changes you for a minimal charge.

If your design is a print job, we will help you get everything together and submitted to your printer.

What Your Photo Package Will Include

Your images will be cropped, color corrected and provided to you on disc media (DVD or CD) print ready.

Your images will be provided to you in high quality print , and web quality images. You will be able to print your photos in large formats, upload to facebook, print t-shirts, use on web sites or any other print or web application.

Your images will be provided to you in color and in black and white.
