Who am I?
My name is Tommy Fain, and I’m a Creative & Marketing Director by profession. I’m a dad, I pay my taxes and I work some long hours doing what I love – which is the world of Graphic Design, Web Design & Photography. I live for the creative world, I work in the creative world, and I love the creative world. To be able to do what I do and actually get paid for it, well that’s a dream come true – isn’t it? I don’t take that lightly, and I feel blessed when a customer trusts me with their work.
Why choose me?
Everybody in the graphics industry will have a different answer for this question, but I feel the right answer is all about “Individual time”. I spend my time listening to each client’s needs, and then executing in a very personal way. My company is based around making customers happy and excited about their projects. The vast majority of our business comes simply from “word of mouth” referrals—one customer telling another of the experience they had with with me. To me, there is no higher compliment!
I enjoy what I do.
It’s one thing to be in this business, and it’s another to really enjoy being in this business. Creativity is key, and when you truly enjoy it – it will flow. I love what I do, I love being creative and love the smiles I get when I make my customers happy. I’m allowed to be creative, and I truly love it!
What is “the box”?
If you have never been in “the box” then it’s not really hard to think out of it. My projects can range from extremely corporate to artistically crazy. I don’t set limits on my creativity and will go in whatever direction the project calls for. If you need shirt and tie, I definitely can do it. If you’re ready to let your hair down a little and rock out – I’m good with that too!
We’re just the right size.
Working with a big agency does not necessarily give you the best service, the most talent or the latest technology. Trust me, I’ve been a Creative Director at several. I know the inside game. Essentially, what you get are huge bills, big promises, long silences, and impersonal “project managers” whose main focus is getting a project off their books. I’m here to serve your business, and I am very quick to respond to your questions and provide you with answers. I strive to listen intently and get estimates and ideas to my clients promptly. Need a logo design? After approval, I’m able to send clients several ideas often within a couple days. Want a new web site? Tell me your needs, and we can assess together how to develop the right web site for your business. I will work with you, no matter what your budget is! I realize that everyone has to start somewhere and have limited funds, and I’m here to make it happen in the most cost effective manner.
Execution & communication.
I will provide what you require in a timely manner. I give realistic and honest target dates in all of my projects and will work with you to get what you need – when you need it! There are no answering services, un-returned phone calls or emails. The key to any project is communication, and I work very hard to make sure that our clients know that I am there to help them succeed.
